The third Mainland bridge in Lagos Nigeria is one of the important links between Lagos Island and the mainland.Over time,it has been ravaged by increasing traffic gridlock.
During peak hours,it takes over Two hours to travel on this bridge.Our reporter who travelled on this bridge during the last sallah celebrations crossed the bridge in less than 10 minutes.(see attached Pictures)
This shows that the government needs to increase the link roads to Lagos Island in order to archieve free flow of traffic.
